Paragon has a robust safety program that not only helps to ensure the health and safety of our employees, but to protect our clients, subcontractors, vendors and the public. Our program is under constant review to verify compliance with Federal, State, Local and Client safety practices and policies.
Training and communication are the keys to a safe workday. All crews attend a weekly site safety meeting. Daily toolbox safety meetings are conducted at the beginning of each shift.
Constant monitoring of staff training ensures each member of the team is trained and certified as required to safety conduct their job duties.
All field personnel are OSHA 10 certified and all field management personnel are OSHA 30 certified, CPR/First Aid Certified, as well as any applicable certifications and training specific to their trade specialty such as Trench/Excavation Safety and Confined Space Entry.
